Standard 2 of 5 is continuous and self-checking. Standard 2 of 5 contains information in the width of the bars. Standard 2 of 5 is a low-density linear barcode symbology that was created in 1960. This is called "2 of 5" because digits are encoded within the 2 to 5 bars. of the five bars, two of which are wide, and the remaining three are narrow. Its character set must include 10-digit characters like 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
This must include a start or stop character and end with a modulo 10 check digit. The standard 2 of 5 barcoding system encodes information in the bars, whereas the spaces are fixed width and used to separate the bars. How to design Standard 2 of 5 Font
We provide designing procedure to design and print barcode font images. You can choose either Barcode Settings or Barcode Designing View method to design barcode. For demonstration purpose, here we are using Barcode Designing View method to create and print Standard 2 of 5 barcode font. Select barcode technologies and type (e.g. Linear Barcode and Standard 2 of 5 font). Set barcode value, header and footer as per need. You also have an option to hide barcode header, footer and value if required.
For printing process Go to print icon from toolbar and choose one of the Manual or Pre define label stock mode.
Pre define Label Stock Print Settings : In Pre Define Label Stock mode, you can choose label product and product number as shown in above screen then click on "Print" button.
Manual Print Settings : In Manual printing mode you have to specify page properties using Edit button, margins etc. to print barcode font labels.
