Export created Batch Processing list in Excel or text file format
Barcode Maker software facilitates user to generate multiple barcodes with batch processing series feature. Software Provides barcode technologies and types (2D or linear barcodes, and Databar Code 128 Set A font) to design standard barcode. Set different barcode settings using various tabs like value, color and size settings. Software provides export option to save barcode values list in excel or text file format on your local system for further use.
We have already discussed about how to generate barcodes with different barcode type and technologies using Barcode Designing View and Barcode Settings as per your industry. Software has facility to design multiple barcodes with Batch processing series feature. After creating your barcode list you can easily Export generated barcode list in excel or text file format for future reference. To export list from barcode maker software's designing view follow these steps:
Batch Processing (Barcode designing view):
Software provides batch processing features to generate a large number of barcode tags and stickers with barcode designing view mode. Barcode Software also allows you to create a list of barcodes with various options, including sequential constant and random value series. Click on batch processing icon from tool bar of barcode designing view method.
A dialog box will appear on the screen that contains all your created lists. Select the list that you want to export in excel or text file and all the barcode information present in the list will be displayed as shown in the above screenshot. To save your generated list in excel or text format, click on the “Export” button
Export Barcode values list:
After clicking on “Export” button, following window will be appear:
Choose the destination path where you want to export your created barcode list. Enter file name and choose file type (.xls, .xlsx, or .txt) then click on “Save” button. After saving your generated barcode list, you will get a message box File has been exported successfully. Click on OK button to proceed.
Saved Excel file: In the above screenshot, you can see that the created barcode list is now succesfully exported in excel file format (Barcode Values.xls) and displays all the barcode information in the form of rows and columns on your computer system.
